Trendy Women Treating wound from Shoe bites of the Current Shoes =)


Previously, I gave youguys how trendy women can prevent shoe-bite from your new pairs of shoes.

This time it is the case for trendy women being able to heal wound from having shoe-bite when you have worn your beautiful pairs after a while. I understand that what you need is to heal the simple wound as quick as possible in order to feel comfortable when we are walking.

Here is a tip that can help! What you need is some paddy flour.

The process is:-
1. Mix some paddy flour with warm water until it condenses enough.

2. Put it on areas in which are the the paint of shoe bite.

3. Cleansing off with warm water and dry.

This way will help reducing the pain from shoe-bite quickly. Amazing! isn't it. It is easy to do for trendy women like us :)

Spa at home: to take care your eyes, face and body by SALT


Salt ... salt ...Salt ... it is more than nutritious. It also boosts for your skin care of both your face and body.

Here are some spa tips for trendy women. Girls!, you can do it at home by using only SALT to reduce sore or bruise around the eyes, to make your face as oil-free, and to increase refreshment for the body skin and feet.

First: To reduce bruise around the eyes
1. Mix salt 1 teaspoon with warm water 1/2 cup

2. Use cotton coating the mixed salt water and put on your eye each side about 5-10 minutes.
The bruise around the eyes will gradually fade away.


Second: To reduce oily off the face
1. Use a towel coating warm water as being soggy and cover on your face about 3-5 minutes in order to open the pore of the
face

2. Put the towel away. Bring 1 teaspoon of salt to mix with water. Put the mixed salt water in a spray bottle and spray across
the face.

3. Use a towel to wipe your face and leave it dry.


Third: To give refreshment for your body skin
1. Using 1/2 cup of salt and to mix with the water in the bathtub.

2. Soaking about 15 - 20 minutes and clear your skin more with salt by using sponge or towel. This will help the dead skin cells fall out and to stimulate the blood circulation also.

3. Put body lotion on.


Fourth: To relax fatigue feet
1. Mix 1-2 tablespoon of salt in warm water.

2. Soaking your feet in.


These ways of easy home spa will help trendy women like us to relieve fatigue from our stress day =)

Trendy women solving your new shoes from Shoe-Bites problem :D


Problems of trendy women like us when we have new shoes whether it is sneakers, leather, or plastic shoes mostly is "Shoe Bites". This problem will look like bite wound which results in imbalance on walking and personality.

Here are simply ways to solve your foot bitten when you have new shoes.

Method 1 - By Petroleum gel such as Vasaline gel
1. Smearing the petroleum gel inner sides of your new pair of shoes.
2. Leaving them overnight
3. To wipe the shoes with a clean piece of cloth before wearing


Or, Method 2 - By Coconut oil
1. To paint the coconut oil inner of your new shoes
2. Leaving the pair for 3 consecutive nights. The coconut oil will help your shoes being softer.
3. To wipe the shoes with a clean piece of cloth before wearing


Or If anyone does not like oily feeling from the shoes, you may like this method.
Method 3 - By Raw Potatos =)

1. Slice few potatos and place them inner your new shoes especially on the heel area.
2. Repeat the same process for 2 nights.
3. Wipe with a clean piece of cloth before wearing Enjoy, cheer up and feel comfy with your new shoes .... problem solved for Shoe Bites and you can be trendy and confident walking :)

Simple way to let your hair grow and long fast


For all trendy women, you know!... the average human hair is long about 0.5 inch per month. Anyone, who has short hair, wants to have your hair long faster. Here, I have the tips for that.

What you need is honey and couple bananas (this can be more also :))

1. After washing your hair, use a towel wiping your hair gently.

2. Mixing mash banana with honey.

3. Put mixed mash banana and honey on your hair and leave for 20 minutes. Then cleansing out.


This way is suitable for both dry and greasy hair. Moreover, what trendy women should not forget is to do treatment for your hair once for a week to keep the hair healthy and shine.

I'm into Mama Mia =) .. Mama Mia can help!


Girls, I understand if you feel lonely now. Watching some movies is helping. If you want to cry over the tv, then do it. Do until you do not have any tear left to drop.

I, before, hadn't felt I would like Abba or musical movies. But I like Mama Mia and I also now like Abba lool =)

I do not know if youguys will like me or not, but if you want to try, I think buy as used dvds is ok as well....fun at home and alone ... not bad to let your day cheer up though :)

Trendy women exercise with Fun Weight Loss


I understand and I am as many of you who feel (sometimes and many times..yea) tired of losing weight and exercise (mostly), while we need self-development.

My suggestion this time is to work out by using games. I recommend Nintendo Wii..well yes..easy like that. The reason is because there are many games provided for you to play without feeling guilty about wasting time despite getting fitter.


I'm not sure how useful this is for somebody who is already pretty fit since the exercises of wii fit games won't really strain you for long. But for those who aren't fit, I'd say this is a wonderful way to get to start liking exercising.

Hopefully it'll lead you to eventually doing much more. If it can even get you off the couch for 20 minutes a day for a very long time, then this is a no brainer investment. Try slowly! 20 minutes a day will make trendy women like us feel better by time and youguys will want as habit to workout more :)

Trendy women can eat more Carbohydrate during your Period cycle


Isn't it good news for trendy women like us? =) With the balance before and during menstruation of women's period cycle, the woman hormone, Estrogen, is high, while the blood sugar level is high.

The symtoms before menstruation (Premenstrual Syndrome: PMS) is a physical condition and be made with women in the reproductive age period 5 - 10 days before menstruation which create such as depression, emotion disorder etc. Symptoms improve and disappear after a month.

Therefore, about 14 days before the period and during the cycle women need more carb in order to maintain the stability of blood sugar in the body. Good carbs recommend to consume in order to protect excess fat created after the period. Whole grain and organic food are suggested. Remember! you can eat as often as you like but do eat until you are slightly full. Again!! trendy women do eat only slightly full, therefore, you can eat as often as you like.


Pilates and yoga are good exercise during period cycle time as to let the body be flexible around this time will heal crump and pain especially for your back =)
